FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What services does ForeverWell Home Care provide?

We offer a wide spectrum of non-medical in-home support, including Companion Care (socializing and hobbies), Personal Care (bathing and dressing), Specialized Memory Care (Alzheimer’s and Dementia), and Hospital-to-Home Transitions. Our goal is to support the “whole person”—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Which areas do you serve?

We are locally owned and operated, proudly serving families throughout Middlesex and Union Counties. This includes communities like Edison, Woodbridge, Westfield, Summit, and the surrounding neighborhoods.

How quickly can care services begin?

We know that sometimes help is needed urgently. In most cases, we can conduct a Wellness Consultation and begin services within 24 to 48 hours.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. At ForeverWell, we believe in flexibility. You are not locked into a long-term commitment. We offer care on your terms, and you can adjust or discontinue services with proper notice as your situation changes.

How do you select and vet your caregivers?
Your safety is our top priority. Every ForeverWell caregiver undergoes a rigorous screening process, including criminal background checks, reference verification, and in-depth interviews to ensure they possess both the professional skills and the “heart for service” we require.
Can I choose my own caregiver?
We take great pride in our Personality-Based Matching. After our initial consultation, we select a caregiver whose skills and interests align with your loved one. If for any reason you feel the match isn’t perfect, we will introduce a new professional immediately.
What if my caregiver is sick or unavailable?
We have a robust team of backup professionals. If your regular caregiver is unable to make it, our Care Coordination team will contact you immediately and arrange for a qualified substitute so that your care is never interrupted.
How do you keep the family updated on care?
We use integrated care technology to provide real-time updates. Family members can stay “in the loop” regarding daily activities, nutritional intake, and wellness notes through our secure platform, providing peace of mind from anywhere.
Can you help if my loved one only needs a few hours a week?
Yes! We don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” minimums. Whether you need 4 hours of respite care once a week or 24/7 live-in support, we customize the schedule to fit your lifestyle and budget.
How do we get started?
The first step is a Complimentary Wellness Consultation. We’ll visit your home, listen to your concerns, and perform a basic safety assessment to help you create a plan that keeps your loved one safe and independent.
