What makes ForeverWell Home Care different from other providers?

We don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. While many agencies have rigid schedules, ForeverWell builds care plans entirely around the individual. Whether you need us for four hours a week or 24/7 support, our plans are flexible, personalized, and designed to evolve as your needs change. We also use SmartLink technology to keep families and healthcare providers connected in real-time — a level of transparency that most agencies simply don’t offer.

We proudly serve families throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, Essex, Somerset, and Union Counties in New Jersey. Being locally based allows us to provide responsive, high-quality care to our neighbors in the communities we know and love. If you’re unsure whether we serve your area, give us a call and we’ll let you know right away.

Common signs that a loved one may benefit from home care include: difficulty with daily tasks like bathing or meal preparation, increased forgetfulness or confusion, recent falls or safety concerns at home, social isolation or loneliness, or recovery from a recent hospital stay or surgery. If you’re noticing any of these signs, a free consultation with our team can help you assess the right level of support.

We offer a comprehensive range of in-home care services including Companion Care, Personal Care, 24-Hour and Live-in Care, Respite Care, Care on Demand, and Specialty Care. Specialty Care covers Alzheimer’s and Dementia, End of Life (Hospice) support, Post-Hospital Recovery, and Chronic Condition management. All services can be customized and combined to meet your loved one’s unique needs.

Absolutely. We understand that health and life circumstances can change overnight. At ForeverWell, service hours can be adjusted at any time to ensure the continued comfort and safety of your loved one. Our care coordinators are always available to discuss changes and make adjustments quickly — usually within 24 to 48 hours of your request.

Our primary focus is in-home care, helping clients remain safely in their own homes. However, we can also provide care companions for clients staying in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or assisted living facilities when an additional layer of one-on-one support is needed beyond what the facility provides. Please call us to discuss your specific situation.

Care on Demand is our short-notice caregiving service for situations where you need a caregiver quickly — such as a hospital discharge, a family emergency, or a gap in your regular care schedule. In many cases, we can have a caregiver to your home within the same day you call. There is no long-term commitment required for Care on Demand.

Trust is our top priority. Every ForeverWell caregiver undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including comprehensive background checks, reference verification, and in-depth personal interviews. Once hired, they receive ongoing specialized training in areas like Memory Care, Cancer Care, and Fall Prevention to ensure they provide the highest standard of professional service. We only hire caregivers we would trust with our own families.

Yes, absolutely. We take caregiver-client matching very seriously and go to great lengths to find the right personality fit. If for any reason you feel the match isn’t working, simply let us know and we will promptly arrange an alternative caregiver. Your loved one’s comfort and satisfaction are non-negotiable for us.

Our caregivers are employees of ForeverWell Home Care — not independent contractors. This means they are fully covered by our liability insurance and workers’ compensation, and they are held to our company’s standards of care, training, and conduct. You have the protection and accountability of a professional organization behind every caregiver we place in your home.

The cost of home care varies based on the type of service, number of hours, and specific care needs. We offer a free, no-obligation consultation where we assess your loved one’s needs and provide a clear, transparent pricing plan. We believe in honest pricing with no hidden fees — and our team will work with you to design a care plan that fits your budget as well as your loved one’s needs.

Many long-term care insurance policies cover some or all home care costs. Some clients also use veterans’ benefits, Medicaid waiver programs, or private pay arrangements. We recommend reviewing your specific insurance policy and speaking with your insurance provider. Our team is happy to help you understand what may be covered and connect you with resources to help navigate your options.

We typically have a minimum visit duration to ensure the caregiver can effectively meet your loved one’s needs. The exact minimum hours depend on the type of service. Our care coordinators will explain these details during your free consultation and work with you to design a schedule that makes sense for your situation.

We believe in total transparency. Through our integrated SmartLink care technology, we keep families and healthcare providers “in the loop.” You’ll receive updates on your loved one’s wellness and daily activities, providing peace of mind even if you live far away. You can also call or message your care coordinator at any time with questions or concerns — we are always reachable.
